The Metro goes to

Skjolds Plads

If you get off at Skjolds Plads, you arrive directly at the part of Nørrebro also known as the Mythological Quarter. Here, streets and alleys are named after characters from legends and Norse mythology, which can be seen in street names like Heimdalsgade and Odinsgade. The neighbourhood offers popular bakeries, authentic pubs and cosy cafés and eateries, many of which are located directly around the square above the station. If you cross Tagensvej, you can walk towards Baldersgade, which leads you directly to Balders Plads. The setting invites you to let the children run free on the playground and ball field, while the adults can enjoy a cup of coffee and sometimes music performances and flea markets in the square.
