Forum Station is named after the large experience centre Forum, which is located right next to the metro station. The metro station is located where Frederiksberg meets Nørrebro. It's a stone's throw to the Lakes, and you can quickly get to Blågårdsgade's cosy café life and small shops.
The Forum used to be the festive backdrop for the Copenhagen six-day cycling race and has since been used for concerts, fairs and much more. Opposite the Metro station you'll find the listed Radiohuset, which used to belong to DR, but now houses the Royal Danish Academy of Music.
Not far from the station are several educational institutions such as Copenhagen Technical College, Niels Brock Business School and Frederiksberg Campus, also known as Landbohøjskolen, whose large university garden is definitely worth a visit.
