Right next to the station is the large conference centre Bella, which hosts everything from summits to trade fairs and flea markets. In the same conference complex you will find the Bella Sky hotel, which with its two sloping towers and black and white patterned facades is an example of the new experimental architecture found in Ørestad.
Not far from Bella Sky is the residential development VM Bjerget, which shortly after its completion in 2008 received the award for the world's best residential building at the World Architecture Fair in Barcelona.
