Go on a treasure hunt at the city's many flea markets

During the summer months, flea markets pop up all over the city. With the Metro, you can get to the best ones quickly - and you might even be able to hit several in one day.

Every Sunday until 22 September, you can fill your wardrobe with flea market goodies at the popular clothing market Veras Market at Bispeengbuen from 10am to 3pm. Here you'll find second-hand clothes for both women and men with a focus on good style. Weather and wind don't matter because the market is covered.

Take the Metro to Nørrebro and it's only a ten-minute walk to a cosy Sunday atmosphere with music and lots of second-hand treasures.

The Green Flea Market

If you get off the Metro at Nuuks Plads., you're right by The Green Flea Market, where every second Sunday you can help give thousands of items new life.

Browse the stalls for unique second-hand clothes, plants and jewellery, and enjoy the flea market's small food stalls selling organic vegetables, sourdough bread and plant-based breakfast and lunch. Haps! The flea market is open from 10-15.

Flea market in Frederiksberg

Every Saturday at 9am from April to October, Frederiksberg Flea Market opens its gates to all treasure hunters - and there are plenty of stalls with assorted goodies to explore. The market is known as one of Copenhagen's best, so there's a good chance of getting a bargain.

Just hop on the Metro to Frederiksberg and it's just a short walk to the square in front of Frederiksberg City Hall, which is the setting for the flea market.

Broens Flea Market

Every second Sunday throughout the season, Broens extends their street food with a cosy flea market. The market is open from 12-5pm, where you can enjoy the fantastic atmosphere and views of the water while hunting for bargains at the many stalls.

Admission is free and there are plenty of opportunities to satisfy your hunger and quench your thirst in the many inviting food stalls and bars. Take the Metro to Kongens Nytorv or Christianshavn and it's only a short walk.

FleaLinda at Enghave Plads

In the shade of the trees by the metro station at Enghave Plads, LoppeLinda pops up on selected days. The last time this year is 14 September 2024, when private individuals sell their stuff and local designers sell unique creations, ceramics, jewellery and illustrations. 

The flea market also offers lots of fun activities for children such as board games, drawing tables and face painting.

Ørestad Flea Market

One weekend a month from April to September, Byparken in Ørestad is transformed into a cosy flea market on the grass with over 100 stalls. The flea market is open from 10am to 3pm on both Saturday and Sunday, so there's plenty of opportunity to find just the right things.

If you take the Metro to Ørestad, it's just a short walk to Byparken.
