1. When does Copenhagen feel most like your city?
“Whenever my friends from abroad come to visit and I show them around Copenhagen, I'm always reminded of just how amazing the city is. And every time I'm at Parken for an F.C. Copenhagen match and stand among the city's fans, I'm filled with a very special sense of pride in the city.”

2. What hidden gem in the city is almost too good to share?
“Forget the plan. Pack a picnic basket, invite your friends, bring some music, and sit down by the water at Islands Brygge—jump in if you dare. Copenhagen is a whole different experience when you see it from there. I think the best experiences in Copenhagen happen when you don’t try too hard.”

3. What place in the city do you always return to?
“Honestly? I don't think it's just one place. I keep coming back to a certain feeling. That's what I seek out again and again. I always return to the places where I've made memories. It could be an ordinary street or a café, but if I've laughed there, worked there, or just genuinely been myself there—it draws me back.”
With My Copenhagen, we take you on a surprising journey through the city, where famous Copenhageners and local legends share their hidden gems.
4. What’s your best tip for a unique experience in Copenhagen?
“I have a soft spot for Valbyparken. Not the obvious spots—but if you venture a little off the beaten path and find your own spot, especially near the water… that’s when something special happens. There’s something about that tranquility in the middle of the city that feels a bit like a secret. I love it!”

5. Which metro station is your favorite?
"My favorite is Amagerbro. I lived on Amager for 10 years, and that station in particular reminds me of all those late nights and my wild youth. There’s something about the place—all the memories, the sounds, and the energy… it feels like every time I’m there, I can sense my entire history in Copenhagen."
