How do I delete my profile:
- To delete your profile in, first open the app and log in if you are logged out.
- Once logged into your account, tap on the ‘Profile’ tab.
- Then scroll to the bottom of the page where you can tap ‘Delete my account’ and confirm the deletion of your profile by tapping ‘Delete my profile’.
- Your profile is now deleted.
How to redeem a ticket code
- You have received a ticket code from Metroselskabet. received a ticket code from Metroselskabet as part of a campaign.
- Download the app ‘Metro’ in App Store or Google Play.
- Once you have opened the app, tap ‘Continue’ on the front page to create a user. Next, click ‘Create user with ticket code’ and enter your name and email.
- After entering your email, you will receive a verification code in your inbox that you need to enter. It may take some time, so remember to check your spam filter.
- After creating your user profile, enter your ticket code by clicking ‘Redeem ticket code’ under the Tickets tab.
- Your free tickets will then be issued and saved in the app under the Tickets tab.
- Remember to activate the free ticket before boarding the Metro to have a valid travel authorisation and that you cannot undo the activation of the free ticket once it is active.
- The free ticket can only be used in the Metro (M1, M2, M3, M4) and not in other public transport.
