Take the Metro for refreshing dips in the city's harbour baths
Tip. Download the KBH Harbour app and get more information about the weather, water and wind before you jump in the tub.
Islands Brygge harbour baths
If you get off the Metro at Islands Brygge, you only have a ten-minute walk to the city's largest harbour pool, which contains swimming pools, children's pools and a pool for diving from 1, 3 and 5 metres.
Get your heart rate up in the 75 metre exercise pool, make bombs from the diving platforms or let the little ones splash around in the children's pool, which is 30 cm deep at the shallow end. There are toilets on the quay. The harbour pool is open all year round - supervised by lifeguards during the summer.

Right next to the Fisketorvet shopping centre and just a five-minute walk from Havneholmen metro station is another golden opportunity for a cold dip in Havnebadet Fisketorvet.
Here you have three separate pools to choose from: a 50-metre exercise pool, a diving pool with 1, 2 and 3 metre diving boards and a 70 cm deep children's pool. The harbour pool has lifeguards to keep a watchful eye throughout the summer.

The harbour bath Sluseholmen
In Sydhavnen, a special bathing experience awaits you close to the Sluseholmen metro station. The lagoon-like harbour pool is inspired by the coral reef and established on floating pontoons. It offers four different pools: a children's pool with 30 cm deep water, a youth pool with a depth of 110 cm and two pools for exercise and diving.
From the metro station, it's not far to the two smaller bathing zones Vandtrappen and Halfdansgade if you prefer a quick dip.

If you get off the Metro at Kongens Nytorv, you can swim even if you're in the centre of the city. Here you'll find Badezone Havnegade with a small pool measuring 4 x 6 metres.
There's no room for big swims, but you can take a small dip with a view of the Inderhavnsbroen bridge. The bathing zone is open all year round and bathing is at your own risk.
