Mark Le Fevre: "My best tip is to walk - just start walking. It's a great way to experience"
Mark le Fevre, 36, comedian and current star of the show Det fejler ik' en skid, which can be seen at Bremen Theater November 14-15, 2025 and February 20-21, 2026. Currently lives in Karlslunde.
"It's definitely when I'm off work. I'm usually in Copenhagen for work, but when I'm off, the city shines in a completely different way. I have time to drink a coffee, potter around the city or jump in the water. It's fantastic."
My best tip is to walk—just start walking. It's incredibly relaxing and a great way to experience the city, because you always see things you would never have seen otherwise.
"Most of the time I wander around the city center, even though it's not where the hippest places are. If I can pop by Hart Bageri and grab a cake, then it's a good day. I generally have a weakness for sweets. I also love SSAM Korean Food Bar, where they have a dessert with grated ice cream and syrup - it's a huge recommendation from here."

"If I'm going to keep a little mystery around my person, I think I'll refuse to share this little gem... I have a really good one."
With My Copenhagen, we take you on a surprising journey through the city, where well-known Copenhageners and local legends share their hidden gems.
"My best tip is to just walk – just start walking. I was out at Islands Brygge with a couple of colleagues once, and we didn't have anything planned, so we just walked along the waterfront. It's incredibly relaxing and a great way to experience the city. You always see things you would never have seen otherwise. And if I can get a cup of coffee in one hand somewhere along the way, then it's perfect."
"It definitely has to be the one in outer Nørrebro - Nørrebro St. When it came five years ago, it made my apartment in Nordvest increase in value, so I could afford to buy a house. So I'm very grateful for that."
Mark le Fevre sends a special thanks to the Metro in Nørrebro

My Copenhagen: Podcast host Thomas Skov especially loves Copenhagen in springtime, and for him the greatest experiences are in the small things - like when the sun falls just right on Carlsberg Byen or he eats a roll at his local kebab shop with his kids.
Huxi Bach: "There's just a little more life at the main train station than at Brønshøj Torv."
My Copenhagen: Radio host and satirist Huxi Bach lives in Brønshøj, but bikes to Vesterbro's life, coffee shops and a very special guitar shop every chance he gets.
Anders Hemmingsen: "There are quirky houses, wild nature and a peace you don't expect to find in Copenhagen"
