Easter holidays: Take the Metro to hidden easter eggs in Copenhagen

Copenhagen offers a wealth of magical Easter experiences. The Metro will take you to the city's best Easter sandwiches, cute Easter chicks and a cosy game of Easter bingo.

Play Easter bingo at Broens

No Easter without a fresh little bingo game. If you take the Metro to Kongens Nytorv, you'll quickly reach Broens Streetfood, where you can enjoy a nice game of Easter bingo on Good Friday, April 18th.

Enjoy classic bingo with delicious Easter prizes and delicious drinks. The bingo ticket includes three game discs and a cold draft beer or homemade lemonade. And if you're hungry afterwards, you can explore the many exciting food stalls.

Sink your teeth into a delicious Easter sandwich

In Nørregade, there's a hidden gem where you can get perhaps the most delicious sandwich in town. Skip the Easter lunch and instead take the Metro to Nørreport and drop by Abrikos.

Their egg salad sandwich is creamy, soft and almost like a little hug. It consists of two slices of sourdough toast with organic eggs, chives, homemade mustard mayo and a turmeric-spiced smiley egg in the centre. Bon appetit!

Experience Easter chicks in Sydhavnen

The little baby rabbits, goat kids and chicks are signs that spring has arrived, and there's something life-affirming about watching the fluffy little critters hopping around in the sun.

You don't even have to leave the city to experience the wildlife, because near Mozarts Plads you'll find Sydhavnen's secret farm, Børnenes Dyremark, where you can see goats, chickens, alpacas and rabbits.

Go on an egg hunt in Søndermarken

Søndermarken is one of the city's beautiful green oases, and this Easter Kinder invites you to a fun Easter egg hunt for both young and old, where there are literally hidden easter eggs.

Take the Metro to Fasanvej, then it's just a short walk to the entrance behind Søndermarken, where the races take place on Saturday 12 April from 9-12. Happy hunting!
