When the Nordic region's leading art fair CHART takes over Copenhagen August 28-31, 2025, the theme is Art in Public Space.
With the Metro, you can quickly get to all the amazing works of art in the cityscape, and the Metro also plays a role as an art scene in its own right. Take a look at what you can experience here.
The metro station at Kongens Nytorv is the setting for part of the 40-minute art performance I AM EXTREME by the Swedish artist duo LILITH - an experience that involves a two meter long plastic arm and an opera singer.
In this work, the duo will carry an oversized arm while performing ritual tributes to the body's variations and imperfections.
You can experience I AM EKSTREME on August 29 at 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. and on August 31 at 1 p.m.

You can look forward to entering the world of Finnish video artist Elina Brotherus. She is one of the most recognized contemporary artists from Scandinavia.
The video works will run throughout the art fair.
