Between the lines: "I want to make life easier for the weak"
Every day, thousands of people travel on the Metro, and behind every face there is a story. Between the lines, these stories unfold in a series of short portraits.
Helping others has always been important to me.
In ninth grade, I considered becoming a chef because I love to cook. But now I am training to become a social and health care assistant and dream of becoming a nurse, preferably in psychiatry.
Many people need support – both physical and mental – and it is important that they get the right help.
My mother wanted me to go to high school and then study to become a nurse. But then I would lack the professional knowledge and practical experience.
Social and health care assistants are important to society. With my education, I will gain more practical experience and can apply for nursing school with merits.
I want to give people a better quality of life and make their lives as easy as possible. They deserve it.
