If you're in the mood for authentic flavors from around the world, it doesn't get any easier. Hop on the Metro to one of the city's many small street food markets, located just steps from a Metro station.

    Gårdhaven Street Food

Amager has a brand new street food oasis in Gårdhaven at Amager Centret, where the Metro runs straight to Amagerbro.

In the cozy green surroundings you can enjoy food stalls, bars and events all year round. For example, you can sink your teeth into authentic Indian street food full of color and flavor from Dhaba or crispy, juicy burgers from Willys Burger - and wash it down with locally brewed beer from Open.

The street food market is open every day from 11-19.

Ørestad Street Food – Mad & Liv

Ørestad has its own small street food market where you can explore different parts of the world. If you take the Metro to Vestamager, it's only a two-minute walk to the small square where the colorful food trucks are waiting.

You can sample Argentine street food at Chimichurri, Indian delicacies at Masalawala, and Italian specialties at La Nonna, among other things.

The food trucks are open from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.

    Nørrebro Street Food

Take the Metro to Nørrebro, where you will find a wonderful street food spot on the small square between the station and Nørrebro Bycenter, where you can feast on everything from Turkish kebabs to Iranian stews and delicious burgers.

In October, Nørrebro Street Food will expand with 10 new food stalls, which will be an indoor extension of the current open-air street food area.

In addition to food from all corners of the world, you can also experience changing art, installations, and cool musical events.

    Food trucks at FRB.C

When you come up the stairs at the Frederiksberg metro station, you never know what awaits you in the food truck area in front of Frederiksberg Centret, because no two days are alike.

Some food trucks are regular lunchtime favorites, while others are short-term visitors, so you can always explore new, authentic food experiences.
Sit down at cozy long tables and enjoy your meal and the urban vibe in the sun.

The food truck area follows the same opening hours as the center.
