If the Metro is delayed more than 30 minutes, you can get compensation
Travel guarantee rules
If The Metro is delayed for more than 30 minutes, you can get a refund if you take alternative transport to get there. The Metro will cover your costs up to DKK 300.
If The Metro is delayed for half an hour or more, The Metro will pay if you have to use alternative transport. Alternative transport can be a taxi or renting a bike share, electric scooter or car share.
